These terms govern the use of WooopHub (wooophub.com), a service provided by Hettiarachchi Nick Alex (sole proprietorship), Via Cristoforo Colombo 21, 20064 Gorgonzola (MI), Italy, VAT no. IT14053740966 (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
1. What the service does
WooopHub lets you connect your own social profiles and those of your clients, prepare and schedule content, get it approved before it goes out, publish it and see how it performed through periodic reports.
2. What the service cannot do, and you should know it first
Some publications cannot be automated, because the platforms do not allow it for anyone. In those cases WooopHub prepares everything and notifies you, but you do the last step yourself from the phone app. Today this applies to Instagram Stories, TikTok, Google Business Profile and content that uses music from the platform’s own library. In the app these items appear with the status In attesa di te (Waiting for you). This is not a defect or a failure: it is a platform limit, and we state it here so you know before subscribing.
3. Your account
To use WooopHub you must be at least 18 and use it for your professional activity or that of your clients. You are responsible for what is published from your account and for the people you invite to your studio. Keep your password safe and tell us if you suspect someone has accessed it.
4. Connected profiles and platform rules
You may only connect profiles you have the right to manage, your own or those of clients who authorised you. When you publish through WooopHub you must also follow each platform’s rules, including Meta’s Terms of Use and Community Standards, TikTok’s Terms of Service and Google Business Profile policies. You can disconnect a profile at any time, as explained on the Data deletion page.
YouTube. WooopHub uses YouTube API Services to upload the videos you schedule to the YouTube channel you connect. By connecting a YouTube channel or using WooopHub’s YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can revoke WooopHub’s access at any time from your Google security settings.
5. Your content
The content you upload remains yours. You only authorise us to store it and send it to the platforms you connected, for the time and purpose of publishing it as you requested, and to show it to the people you send approval links or reports to.
You may not use the service to publish unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others (for example copyright, trademarks or people’s image rights), nor for spam or to get around platform rules. If that happens we may remove the content from the queue and suspend the account.
6. Links for clients
The approval and report links you send to your clients work without a password: anyone who receives them can see the content they refer to. Only send them to the right people. Links expire after a limited period; if one ends up in the wrong hands, write to us and we will disable it right away.
7. Subscription and payments
The service is paid by subscription, monthly or yearly, according to the price list published on the site. It renews automatically and you can cancel whenever you want: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, which remains usable until its last day. We do not refund partial periods, except as provided below for consumers.
Prices shown are final. The provider operates under the Italian flat-rate tax scheme (regime forfettario, art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, Law 190/2014): invoices do not include VAT.
If you are a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of activation by writing to backupnickclicks@gmail.com. By asking to use the service straight away, you accept that the period already used will be charged pro rata.
Prices may change: we tell you by email at least 30 days in advance and the new price applies from the next renewal. If you do not agree you can cancel before the renewal.
8. Availability and interruptions
We do our best to keep the service always available and to warn you when a post does not go out, but we cannot guarantee it will be reachable without interruptions. We are not liable for outages caused by social platforms, for their changes to rules or programming interfaces, or for suspensions the platforms decide on your profiles.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability does not exceed what you paid in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or loss of clients. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the rights the law grants to consumers.
10. Personal data
We process data as described in the privacy policy. For your clients’ data that you enter in WooopHub (for example the name and email of the person who approves content) you are the controller and we act as processor on your behalf, only to provide the service.
11. Closure
You can close your account whenever you want. We may close it, with notice, if you breach these terms or do not pay, or immediately in case of serious breaches. On closure data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a material way we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using the service after that date, the new terms apply to you too.
13. Governing law
Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence or domicile remain competent.
